The above-referenced order arrived today "Scoiattolo - Special Friend - 1995" and it has left me speechless. The beauty and simplicity - and workmanship - took my breath away. Having this to place over the space where this special squirrel is buried in our yard is going to be a tremendous comfort. This is the wild squirrel that changed the course of part of my life, convincing me to pursue a license to become a wildlife rehabilitator and help other squirrels, particularly orphaned babies that need it. I have never regretted that decision. This monument honors her beautifully. I expect to be placing another order soon - this one for one of the special squirrel babies we raised, who later returned to our yard as a wild juvenile, but had become too sick at that point, to save.
